About Strong Circle

Governance, Human Resources, and Organizational Wellness

Strong Circle offers a circle of support to Indigenous and settler-led organizations through a range of tools and skills development that enable decolonized and Indigenized board governance, HR policies, and organizational design.

We focus our efforts on reciprocity and strengthening nonprofit leadership, offering accessible tools and resources that work to strengthen and reinvigorate governance, human resource practices, and sustainable organizational growth.

Strong Circle is an Indigenous-led* organization, led by an Indigenous nonprofit board and a team of collaborators committed to equity and decolonization.
